Cranberry Sauce

Prep time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 30 minutes

Yields: 6 people

Ingredients: 1/2 cup Raspberries
1 Whole Apple Peeled
1 Pint of Cranberries
1-2" of Grated Ginger
Zest of 1 Orange
Juice and Zest of Lemon
Maple Syrup (optional)


Directions: Blend raspberries and apples in blender to puree. Heat mixture in saucepan on medium. Add cranberries and continue to heat and stir. Add juice and zest of lemon, orange, ginger and desired amount of maple syrup to sweeten. Cook until the cranberries have popped open and reduce to a sauce. Remove from heat, cool and serve.


Notes: *Cranberry Sauce can be made and stored in the fridge a few days before dinner.
